Privacy Policy

Last updated November 3, 2026. MarginMischief is a small apparel shop in Yuma, Arizona. This page explains what this website collects and how we use it.

What we collect

If you join our email list, we save your email address, the date you joined, and your general location (country and region). We do not sell or share this list.

Purchases happen on Etsy, not on this website. Etsy handles your order and payment under its own privacy policy, and we receive the order details needed to make and ship your item.

YouTube data

We use the YouTube API Services to read statistics and comments for our own MarginMischief YouTube channel and to manage that channel. Our app connects only to our own channel and does not collect data from other users' accounts. The tokens are stored privately on our own computer. YouTube's terms are at youtube.com/t/terms, and Google's Privacy Policy is at policies.google.com/privacy. You can revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
